My name is Isaura Fontcuberta. I am a Product Designer Lead with a people-centric approach. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computers Engineering and 15+ years of experience in the digital industry.

I focus on user-centric design, trying to keep the loop of defining, designing, and validating solutions as lean as possible, and visualisation of large amounts of complex data.

Team

I am passionate about helping others to reach their potential and maximise their value contribution. This is why I like to lead professional teams, mentor people, and collaborate with cross-functional roles. I find a life-purpose on putting myself as a server for this.

Product

I started my career as a computer engineer, which allowed me to gain a great deal of experience in every step of software development. I am passionate about digital products as a way to improve people's lives.

Design

My T-shaped profile grew strongly on designing interfaces. These capabilities enabled me to finally define and implement solutions concurrently, integrate different visions to satisfy both user and business requirements.
